Updated Liturgical Guidelines
During the Coronavirus Pandemic
Updated: December 22, 2020
"Under new protocols of Worship issued by the Los Angeles Department of Public Health on December 19, 2020, please take note of the following additional guidance for parishes of Los Angeles County. Parishes in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties must continue following previously established protocols for outdoor in-person or livestream only worship.
In his letter of December 21, 2020,
Archbishop José H. Gomez noted that it will be safer to continue celebrating OUTDOOR masses. Likewise, Los Angeles County Public Health strongly recommends that places of worship continue to hold services outdoors. However, if a pastor believes it is better to offer live-streamed Mass only or to celebrate Mass indoors (if permitted by his County and in Keeping with their protocols), he may proceed accordingly.

Mass Protocol
Due to the State of California updates regarding the coronavirus our procedures have been adjusted to meet state and county restrictions. Masses are open to the public and are currently held outside. Masks MUST be worn at all times and must cover your mouth and nose. Masks with a one way valve do not prevent the spread of germs and should not be worn in public. Social distancing should be observed at all times between those who are not members of your immediate household. We also ask that you bring a chair with you if you have one available. We will move forward with our new schedule until further notice.
The church is currently closed for private prayer at this time.
The Parish Office will once again be closed to the public but our staff will be there to answer questions by phone or e-mail and we will continue to take Mass Intentions. Please feel free to call us with questions and continue to check our website and facebook page for the most recent updates.
We appreciate your constant prayers and support.
We will update you as soon as we receive further guidelines from the Archdiocese.
